Morristown, NJ – September 17, 2026 – HighCamp Compliance, a boutique employee-owned compliance consulting firm, today announced the addition of Miki Kamijyo as Director. Based in Charlotte, Miki joins from Asana Partners, where she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Miki brings more than two decades of experience advising real estate managers on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining HighCamp, Miki was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Asana Partners, where she served as a member of the Executive Committee overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, and established the firm’s Legal Operations team. Prior to Asana Partners, Miki held senior legal, regulatory, and compliance roles at a number of global and domestic investment managers, including Annaly Capital Management, BGO (formerly GreenOak Real Estate), Rockefeller Group, and Brookfield Asset Management. She began her legal career at K&L Gates and Ropes and Gray. Miki serves as a Citizen Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the Charlotte Firefighters’ Retirement System.
Miki has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a J.D. cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law.
Miki’s extensive experience as both a legal and compliance executive provides a unique perspective that will benefit HighCamp’s clients and team.
